Yeah, those federal agencies can be a real stick in the mud when they ask for verifiable information and then actually follow up with checking the numbers. Who needs that kind of stress when your only real product for several years now (or just a couple, if you prefer...) is selling shares of stock? Makes sense to move someplace with less oversight, then you can claim whatever you like for as long as you like.
