But, I'm the nicest, most trustworthy guy I know - good looking too - but I tend to roll through the stops quite often myself! ;) Thus, it does not follow that a traffic ticket "proves" anyone's character, one way or the other.

I myself don't coast through stop signs, but it's sort of a pet peeve of mine. Always use my turn signals too when changing lanes or turning. On the other hand, I do have a bit of a heavy foot, although I have never received a speeding ticket. No way I'd be able to argue with the officer if I did get pulled over though. ;)

I would agree that a traffic ticket doesn't necessarily do a lot to impugn someone's character, but if the DWI cite on the original hit on NC Court system for Buncombe County is referring to drunk driving, well, that's another matter. Like most everything else with this stock, we'll find out the facts at some later time I suppose.

Just want to say that the price/volume action does not follow ANY familiar patterns known to me personally. Either Moody HAS to bail out and he does, or that is a take over, sorry, both ways it's a take over. JMHO.
