There's no evidence at all for the comment in this morning's post that half the outstanding shares are restricted. In fact there's no evidence at all that any of the pre-merger shares are restricted. Hence my obvious comment that there's no evidence that the float is less than the outstanding shares.

95% of the outstanding stock is about 450 million.
95% of the issued stock is about 4.75 billion.

There is more evidence to suggest that ex-Aero shareholders will get 90%. imo
