Well all right then. There certainly a lot more to all this. Have not seen the contract , don't know what the contract time lines are in contract terms etc. One of the interesting points in the suit was the April to Aug time frame of tons produced and cost there in . 855k of product produced and 435k sold. Per the mid year statement released by PBLS is cost of goods sold, mid year, 88 mil. Which if taken to be correct means the mine is only worth 1 percent of total goods sold. Or somewhere in there , first 3 mo not listed but only half of mine product sold, etc.
Also the suit seems to blend in with what some have said on this board about the mine workers not getting paid. But that now appears to be on this Ray Duffy's side of the fence since it appears it was his workers in the field.
The issue then is why but your right PBLS has not responded back to the courts yet. We will need that info to go any futher in regards to this issue. IMO
