Just take a look at this: Its the same story and has been going on 14 long months. If he had spent his time working with the money investors gave him during the first round there would be no need to a 2nd round.

For every dollar and investor puts in this company the MM is there to get it......and this will continue. Is it obvious that RB cares less about his investors?, is it not obvious what he has was doing and what he continues to do. Is not obvious for those interested what probably needs to be done?.
Whether its a $100 a day for 20 days or $500 a day for 20 days or more, for each month, he will pursue investors dollars. He is not gonna retreat from this selling and back off of this 504 or doing anything else that allows him to get money.
These MM's care less about you or me or Berman or Russell. He is getting paid to do this and that is all he cares about. Nite has a terrible reputation and just on MM can literally destroy a company when he hooks up with his buddies and have. Its just a game they play to get to investors dollars and this is the bottom line when a 504 or S-8 is active. The Ceo turns these untold number of shares over and gives the companies life blood to these people without blinking and eye.
He is in fact selling investors down the river. No responsible Ceo would do this if he cared about his or her investors or the company.

The MM can only take what he can get off investors that lay down their cash and at share price that has totally collapsed. The dilution will build quickly at this level. It will now take hundreds of millions of shares that will lead into the billions rather quickly as long as the MM can take. When he can't and the cash dries up, and this time Berman will do a r/s, change the symbol and cusip and go after every nickel thats left. At this stage can any see anything differently........He cannot do anything with a PR that would indicate a solicitation in this market with a 504 engaged, and he knows the repurcussions if he should. Whatever prompts investment dollars to come in, the MM will be their to drain it out.
Berman does nothing more than this. If he would have been working everybit as hard with the money already given him he would have been way farther down the road with this. He in fact waited to do anything about a drill till after the completion of the 504 and the so called restricted shares were never really restricted. The money is using now is just backdating to cover what he should have been using the money for..........The company, "not himself", family and buddies.
The reason why the share price has collapsed is due to the consistent and constant selling.
