Gibber...you really don t get whats going on do you...

First off NNRI is ALREADY in the 4th quarter..so Atoll earning will not happen before the 4th Q

Second...the SEC approval qualifies NNRI to list on any exchange as long as they met the qualifacations of the particular exchange.

And if you ask nicly i might even show you how i come up with 40 cents earnings for 2007...

Gibber - it would be great if they could get the 3rd qtr ATOLL earnings out in Nov. From what I can find out filing the FORM 122 is just procedural, but subject to questions.

As far as getting on the AMEX. They have got to get that price back over $3. Which I think they will do as soon as they are on the OTC and start pushing out more PRs.
