When I spoke to Bob, he *thought* the float was unchanged but could not confirm as he could not verify with the company. This seems odd--doesn't he speak with company reps regularly?
If the float is indeed still at 1.5 million, where is all this volume coming from? Who would be selling so many shares as this would be guaranteed losses for most unless you've just been given shares for free.
In theory, volume could be a small number of shares trading hands multiple times. But I do believe IHUB holds a majority of the float...so I just don't think this is possible--how would so few shares support the recent above average trading volumes? I don't believe MMs are just trading back and forth to create appearance of volume.
Transparency is important--would be nice when/if audited financials are released that confirms the float and more. Frankly, I'd be shocked if this is not bigtime dilution...but holding regardless so hoping for the best.
