Good post. I agree, and IMO it only takes a year++ when the company doesn't make it a priority. I've seen another pink deliver a 3rd party audit, and it took less than a year.

Any other reasoning given by any pinksheet, after stating that audited fins are a priority and then taking 1.5 years or however long, is just deflection and/or excuse and/or they have other priorities.
