The only thing that happened so far is a new empty shell was created in Nevada, Metropane was then RM'd into it.
All the officers, and other information has stayed pretty much static. (basically a copy of the old information from METP).
Nothing's changed but company's name, ticker symbol, and the state where the company is incorporated in.
So effectively, some people made money on the confusion right after the RM, the long holders are simply watching as the pps plummets while we wait for Kip to finally inform his stockholders of some fantasy r-merger.
