yea thats great, but the brokers shuffle shares from being discover by the section and never getting on the show list, what do they do about that, they can hide short shares indeffinetly unless a material event happens to expose them, which will happen here soon.

This is probably a stupid question but I sure would like an opinion.

Does Oct 15th include stocks that may have been shorted 5 or more years ago and are still trading?
Nasdaq, OTCBB and Pinks?

I sure wish they would make a rule where they have 13 days to close out certificate request ? (sigh)
Fails to deliver in 13 days should incur a (penalty) the going interest rate at that time compounded daily until your certs are delivered.
