re MYRA - met with the IR guy for the company on Beale Street earlier this week. Plain and simply it comes down to financing. MYRA has a grant for 300MM to help with the project, but they another 1B in order to kick this money into gear. They are not going to buy the land until they get the entire 1B, because it could be a total waste to do so. After all, who wants a 25MM piece of farm land?
