Exactly... I don't know if it has teeth,,, but then again, I don't know if the mm's want to challenge it either. The writing is in stone, and if a stock is considered to be heavily manipulated,,,, I don't know if the makers want to have investors stirring the SEC to investigate (likehood... very slim, but nevertheless, it makes for a different ball field)
