That has been there from at least a year... The thing that created the spike however was the name change thinking it was a merger..The current Nevada SOS really has nothing new but the name change..The pinksheets also simply reflects only a name change..
Eardley, typically from what I have observed doesn't keep current filings....One day out of the blue the R/M will hit and then a dime will hold..You have to love the potential with these recent runs I do not advise anyone to sell at these levels!!..Another Eardley which I think has great potential is AEGP..It also demonstrated a recent spike..I am a buyer here and believe this is one to put under the mattress for now..IMO..
