Honestly, I think the first PR went out accidentally, and the lawyers freaked and decided to write something by the book.

Now whether it was intentional to bring the share price down so the insiders could scoop it up cheaper, we don't know.

But in any case, the second PR did not say anything about the first and it did come from the same source.

Think with this filing...same as TDWV's recent one....we may be in for the R/M after all.

Rheddle, dont worry, you weren't hearing things, I got this email from Marani on Tuesday around noon, (forgot with all the drama/trauma going on around here) sure sounds like a merger was underway to me! So much for all the BULLSHIT accusations and conspiracy theories that were hurled about eh? (can you tell I'm still not over it) ;-)
