I've been googling Nico Pronk.....looks like the guy has quite a bit of cred. I'm wondering if perhaps he acquired the shell for a client or perhaps even himself. Noble Financial is a privately held company which he wants to expand from the articles I read. Maybe he wants to take Noble Financial public? Hmm...
