I'm sorry buddy...

But I'm the wrong guy to ask. This was not the first penny stock I've tried, but it's the first one I tried a signicant amount of money...and I don't know that I even know how to research these companies. I do think it would be best to wait on the dividend before you sell all your shares. As far as waiting on the shell to sell, it sounds like even the veterans on this board can't venture a guess whether anything will come from that!

At best, you're probably looking at 2 years once a sale would take place and like you said, for a company to come in being in debt to all of us shareholders, they'd definitely have to beat some tremendous odds!

I've only not been working full time for a few days and I've tried to look at some of the other boards and I can see where you could spend all day every day tracking, DD/researching, reading financial websites, etc. etc. etc., but I expect to be back to working full-time soon and I don't have the financial luxury to do that.

I'ts like a steel trap. Someone is stealing the product and stands to make a fortune without you because they have already used your money to advance their product. But wait. Why pay you at all.
