I don't think we should disregard the change in meeting type that was filed. No longer having "special" attached may mean that progress towards goals previously announced has stalled or the goals are no longer in play. That could be the result of the downward pressure being exerted on the stock price and the inability of the company to rally the price. I smell another power play in progress here folks. That is always bad for shareholders. Hope to be proven wrong but nothing the company or IR has done gives me confidence at this point.
That doesn't mean that the company doesn't have value, just that it can't be realized because of egos, power plays, and the inherent greed of those who will do most anything to get something for nothing (or near nothing). We have seen this movie before with this stock.
