Considering he used the word "phoney", which is from the ABC story, and considering he talked about the story 1 min and 50 seconds later after the phone call ended, it's pretty obvious that his explanation has merit. That is to those of us who aren't filled with hateful partisanship. How come you didn't know about MacBeth AFTER Rush clarified his statements? Also if you think Rush feels that way about the troops, then I challenge you to find other, similar comments by him on the topic. Shouldn't be too hard now should it?

Considering the fact that you never bash the libs, it's hard to take that comment seriously. Also considering all you do is argue with the conservatives on this board (except on the 9/11 conspiracy issue which I give you credit for), I think it's safe to say you lean to the left, if not the far left.
