You may be looking at this the wrong way. Wilf may be covering his own butt because they have to be careful what they can reveal about the DR, until it is approved by the gov. The fact that Wilf subtly commented on the Billy post without actually referencing it tells me that it may be true. He neither confirmed or denied it. I for one would like to hear more about the upcoming short and long term good things he mentioned but did not describe.
