My microcaptrade news feed gave me 2 news releases..this second one was written a bit differently and had Mercantile Ascendency nr on the bottom

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On August 31, 2007, Teletek, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TLTK) ("the Company") notified its shareholders that it was effecting a 400 to 1 reverse split and change in its name to a name to be determined by the Board of Directors ("the Board") at a later date. The Board subsequently changed the Company's name to Marani Spirits International, Inc.

The Company has submitted information to obtain a new trading symbol which will reflect the 400 to 1 reverse split and new name. The symbol has not yet been issued.
