The PR today annouced the new BOD members for Aero. Great news.

But what I am thinking is - this is certainly a material event, necessitating an 8K within 4 days of this announcement. Indeed, this morning's PR even mentions the fact that this will be 8k'd.

Four business days from today (including today) is Monday. At the latest, Tuesday. Expect the biggie then, IMO.

Of course they could hit us with it at any time.
