I agree with you about having a wall menu. Not all stores can add a wall menu as large as norfolk, VA store has available. A smaller menu for smaller stores can be a plus but will only have a certain amount of items on the menu.

A small menu and slices for 2.62 were not the reason that store failed. It was that the owners marketed only to the school, they bought the building they were in for way too much money(HUGE MISTAKE). They hired two chefs to come in and make pizzas with way too high salaries. In a nutshell they had way too much overhead for a start up, and marketed to students who leave for three months.

I also call into question how incredibly successful Tommy's was, if they were, why are they not still there????

Cambridge Unique was doing well in sales until school let out and then sales dropped and they got gobbled up by incredibly high overhead.

I am not saying it is all their fault, believe me, Unique is doing a lot wrong, but between Bill Vowler, Bob Fidler and myself we are trying to get things headed in the right direction.

Put the blame where blame belongs, not on a menu.
