Net profits means gross profits less contractually fixed incentives paid to traders. The formula is simple and would be most difficult to manipulate, especially since I will serve as chairman of 141.

what does that say about owenership % if Paul intends
to be chairman of 141? could it be that spooz has 120 mil.
shares and Paul himself has a significant amount also, 120
mill. perhaps

Thanks Prof. for demonstrating how to ask the company a question rather than pester the board about a question they can't answer. I hope some are taking notes.
