Constant Contact Shares Soar 73 Percent to Close More Than $11 Above IPO Price in Debut
NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of Constant Contact Inc. gained nearly 73 percent in their debut Wednesday after the e-mail marketing company's initial public offering priced well above expectations.
Constant Contact's IPO priced at $16 per share, significantly higher than the anticipated price range of $12 to $14 per share.
