Bob: go to www.nasdaq.com. Input the symbol, then click on InfoQuotes, then Real time filings. That will provide a list of filings. If you see one indicated as S-8 or S-8 POS, those are S8 filings. Also look forward SB-1, or SB-2 filings for CDs. Hope this helps!
