Sam, it's as I said, all a respect thing. This isn't his board or mine, it's our board...and as I said many voiced their disappoval and that it was up to him to go with the proxy or not. Calling us a "gang of proxy shmoxy voters" is a show of disrespect to ALL involved with this proxy.

He comes in out of the blue and bad mouths Mary and the Idea of a proxy, then turns around and posts>>>I am asking that a new

as to who can saddle Kenneth Lamb
up to the podium.

Out of the blue he shows up, insults us and Mary, disregards our request and wants our gang of proxy shmoxy voters to trust him with our info??? Red flag after red flag is popping up, this guy's up to no good, imo!

"Freedom of Speech" is fine...I say nix him, being full of bull and being rude is the kind of free speech we don't need.
