ItGuy

I think one major flaw in your reasoning is that if SPOOZ owns 40% 141 will not be able to raise enough money to generate sufficient profits justify a market cap of 1.5 billion dollars. Your assumptions are unrealistic I think. The larger percentage SPOOZ owns the lower the market cap of 141 because the smaller trading capital it will probably have.

IT Guy, I just saw your post a minute ago. Well, I couldn't resist to answer and just give you my 2 cents on it.

First, I don't know why everybody is so friggin overpositive when it comes to the SWARM performance and the money that will come into it.

Did you just calculate a 5 dollar stock for Capital?? I mean hey guys, we are still in the real world, aren't we? They will start out on the PINKS, they will be worth somewhere around a couple of millions in the beginning, if not less. They need to achieve some kind of track record. They need to get a lot of money which won't come before there is a track record. And you calculate our SPZI share price based on the valuation in Capital of around 1.5 BILLION dollars? Did I understand you correct? Well let me just say this. I guess I know now where the misunderstanding comes from on this board and why some think that this news was excellent and some think it was ok like myself. If you tell me we will get a 5 dollar stock in Capital, of course than this news is HUGE!!! More than huge. It just won't happen. I know the numbers we would have to achieve to get such a valuation (I had a lot to research in this field lately because I was invested in such a company) and it is my opinion that you are way to positive. Could it happen over time? Very tough. If you are only 10% right, we all have a huge future in front of us with SPZI shares. A huge one. It's just not that easy.

The second thing I want to refer to is your following statement:

"<"Why is 7% of my profits going to this Spooz company?".">

You and a couple others here seem to forget one of the most important things here. This technology to make some serious money COMES FROM SPZI!!!! So that question is totally out of place because without SPZI there is no "money making" for them. It wasn't a gift to us as some always claim here, SPZI and therefore we as shareholders OWN this technology. That is part of the assets SPZI has and it's part of why many here bought into it in the first place. How should SPZI give them their tech for free?? 7% is nothing. 1.5 million is nothing if this tech really works so good.

Hope you get where I'm coming from. Indeed interesting discussion.
