still trying to figure out if this Liberty Petroleum Inc will be using the LBPE symbol...according to LPI's most recent filings, they plan to issue stock at a minimum price of .10, then .50 and .90

the current o/s indicated in the filings is similar to what nasdaq.com shows for LBPE but the weird part is that according to those filings, they haven't identified what the stock symbol should be

that nasty mm is trying to lower the pps by moving down the ask at .01
