I have Plenty of Facts...

Fact I have Spoken To Rees...Everything Is moving ahead as planned just taking a little longer than Planned

Fact, I have Spoken To Tim Tinker, Everything is a go as far as he can tell... They are doing a lot of work to assure/ aquire other profit centers

Fact I have communicated via E-mail to Rose Stoller.. nothing in her response indicated that the deals were off

Fact all the PR's have re-affirmed what they are doing and planning on doing...yes we have delays and I'm not happy.

Fact I have Spoken to Yotty and he says all is well and we will see cloings soon.

Opinion all suits against WRNW are frivolous.
