Yes, it looks like more stalling tactics. Snow is a month away in that area. That will be the next excuse, followed by too wet from the spring thaw. Still no given start date, just vaig estimates accompanied by a major SPAM campaign with a .50 target. Sounds all too familiar of a pump and dump.
