Do you think you call sell off the parts of PPHM right now and get more than $145 mil less the roughly $30 mil in cash which makes it roughly $115 mil a right now? $115 mil for Cotara, Bavi AC, Bavi AV, Avid and all the compounds in progress? Sounds like a great deal. If you think all the above is a bargain at this price, then by definition mgmt is not performing. Why is that? Throw in all the games with russell, CINN at the bid/ask for months and there you have it. PO'd shareholders.
