I am not sure it does. Again, why would someone invest and base everything in something that can be taken away? I don't think SWARM can be licensed to anyone else the same way. I heard lot $50 mil talk but it had no base what so ever. I think they are trying to separate SWARM and SPooz so if you want to profit from SWARM you have to go to 141 not Spooz. I have no doubt that they are owned by the same group of people but still it is different for us.

I know. But how much reality is there to this fact if 141 has a perpetual right to utilize it for the most interesting applications?
