History repeating itself, we always get downgrades before returning to the top of the channel. They usually have come below $17, if my memory is correct. S2 had a chart that matched the downgrades with MRVL's chart. Upgrades, the other way around. This is just business as usual. MRVL seldom says anything, it's their nature. A year ago they pre-warned about a month before CC. That's the only time that I can remember them saying anything.
