oops.. that's the problem with holding too many stocks. Cphi.ob is part of my China basket of stocks. I remember the discussion of the a/r problem and it hasn't gone away. I have a pretty small position so decided to hold based on the cheap price but didn't add because of the a/r problem.
The huge a/r position is significant and represents a potential landmine that could go off at any time. It's normal to see increasing a/r in a fast growing company but the apparent long terms that the company has to issue to get business increases the risk of this stock dramatically.
