being that it was indeed the former address of the company, i saw no issue but john here raises a light of beckoning towards what is really necessary here, thanks to loof, I now see this in a different light.

1- were we looking to send a mob by the house for a little chat?...just where is the need to have that on the board? a discovery of his residence being buckingham palace might tickle my gonads sufficiently to question its relevance

I agree with loof now! and with john! and vote that we endeavor to keep this board centered and moving in the direction it needs,as opposed to tossing digital chum to these sharks.

John he has made these exact statements to me and and insulted both me and my wife. I only wish he and I could converse on more of a personal level....but I would have to fly there to do it. He has stated that he has not sold any shares to all of us investors...........what?????????......am I hearing this right????????????.........then how does his name get attached to so many of these shares????? maybe as much as a billion from the last 504...........I know for sure that the first 750mn initially a/s's were targeted for him alone. It would have taken that many when we consider the restricted shares were also sold and the money salaried to him.......a tiny little developing company in its first year and he believes he deserves the base salary of a senior executive, and out of a 504 where he has stated the company being in dire needs for funds to get the jobs done.
