Opportunity, the FDA would NEVER accept any data that has been collected to date. Trials will be done and they will be done under the guidelines of the FDA. That is the only data that will count toward approval.
If you were correct, I could conduct a few studies on a test, fudge the data a little to show good result, apply to the FDA using the faked data and get approval. Does it really sound like the FDA would go for that?
