Deewar, I think you're going to be in minority on that first viewpoint. Most (if not all) of us use the current shares O/S when figuring EPS calculations since that will be the number going forward. I bet SGTI still gets a pop tomorrow.

If you plan to buy the stock, you buy it NOW with
the OS shares they have NOW,
not 3 months ago, so while i understand what you
are saying, it is still an important piece of data
to know that the company has much more shares OS today
and that the actual EPS when you buy it now is 0.32
from operations and 0.41 including other income,
not 0.62. Period.
It shouldn't prevent the stock from going up
nicely in the current environment, so don't worry.
