It's not just dilution....IT'S INSIDER DUMPING. Anthony told me there would be some retail buying but I think he meant selling. He obviously took me for a fool. How else would he have known about the retail buying.....he know people would buy the shares he dumped.
Didn't he mention in a release there would be no issuance of shares?
