Something like MACD, or Moving Averages Accumulation/Distribution. For my MACD I set the daily averages pretty close, 5, 13, 20, for daytrading. For longer trading intervals I'd use the 20, 50, and 200 day moving averages. RSI, Relative Strength Index, Stockastics, Chaikin Money Flow. The Volume Bars. These are some indicators that I use for a quick "looksee" into what is going on. One can get as complicated as one wants to with these indicators. You should learn the meaning of the candles that you see in the charts..their shapes have distinct meanings. Hope that helps.
