i cannot tell you 100% yes or 100% no at this point
however the market seems to tell rather no considering the very low market cap (below 2 million dollars) which is undervalued (i would say about 4/5 million dollars)
in the past they change their mind or different points and are used to be late on some things. however this happen elsewhere everyday but that contributed to the bad reputation company.
however it is possible that things are changing slowly indeed.
i think that it they succeed in their TSX venture and in december in OTCBB uplisting it will give them an upward in their credibility
