Jimmy, THAT IS a relivant question for WCTC shareholders. No, I had not read that but now that I have I still don't know what it means. ???

Wonder if the WCTC stock float has been increased.

I started looking into the long term relationships of the current BOD when this PR was released. I also started checking past relationships between the HISC BOD and any of the new WTCT members.

Ranger has contributed a very candid discussion. I may be way out in left field but I fully expect to see a new shell company emerge with a BOD member mix from both companies and Big Apple.

My suspicions will elevate if the current NC court case between Moody vs. Wicks and Riley reaches an undisclosed settlement.

I hope one or both of these companies generate a few up ticks. I expect the WTCT and BA team will produce first.
