Just got off the phone with Andrew.. he said that his expectation is still that they will file today, but he has a call in to see what the status is since he does not personally do the filing. The press release is ready to go and will be issued in conjunction with the filing.
Also, if by chance they do not file in time for it to show up today, he expected they will put out a PR today to explain that it will come out pre-market on Monday and then on Monday release the PR that was scheduled for today.
Andrew did not seem frustrated at all when I spoke with him. He was very calm, collected as usual. Btw, he said that he was telling me the same thing he told everybody else.. but if somebody is yelling and screaming at him, he's probably not going to elaborate much. lol
