Possibly because todays news is just stating that there is a "possible" aquisition. To be quit frank I don't fully grasp what is ment in the statment "interested in purchasing all of D Mecatronics assets".
Do thay want just the assets? what assets are there? Is DMTN's new facility leased or do they own it? What 72 hrs?
Or perhaps today being friday there were just a more sellers than buyers......one thing for sure is that when It comes to stocks trading on the pinks that are unsolicited...if you are thinking about getting out you better do it when there is buying volume....other wise your sell order seems to get stuff in a dark corner somewhere in another galaxy....Go Mets!
