Would it work for one of us to place a bid order for 100 or more shares at .03 or .04 over the existing bid shown that seems to be CINN. As soon as it trades and that trade shows someone else enters a bid at above that price. Would that not stair step the price out of the rediculous range that they are keeping it in?
