After re-reading my hastily written post, I agree that it sounds like that. However, I would be more accurate by saying "with the SWD permit in hand, Hemi (is)/(will be) saving a ton of $$$$ by disposing of their own water, and all of our wells on the core Woodson County leases that produce from the Squirrel formation should benefit in a better oil/water cut ratio."

My apologies, as I do not want to mislead. At the present time, I do not have any indication one way or another whether or not the SWD permit has actually been issued to date.
