My thoughts (& $5 gets you a starbucks wakeup)

"1) The 10K will be out sometime tomorrow.. while they were shooting for pre-open it really depends on when the Auditor review is complete and the sign off is given for them to file."

I hope they shoot for 15 mins post-open so I can get a bit of a load on. :)

"2) The filing will be followed up by a PR which should announce the filing and emphasize and perhaps clarify some of it's disclosures.."

Bump, followed by bump - should keep the flippers off til next week. At least the smart ones. No promises on retail.

Followed by another bump - three bumps, one week, at least we know when to sell if we're not in this for years. lol

Andrew at Gemini is the most well prepared and honest IR guy I have ever come across. Anybody who is an investor in FCCN owes it to themselves to call Andrew and speak with him. This guy does NOT pump, if anything he downplays alot of the board hype in favor of highlighting solid fact proven fundamentals. I'm going long on more companies he's working with.

Todd, I'd be curious if you could elaborate on what timelines exactly Andrew referred to as being fluid in your post. It states to refer to the PR's, so I'd assume that it doesn't mean the merger timeline specifically. Some might interpret it that way so if you can clarify I'd surely appreciate it.

No one likes to hear about "fluid" timelines shortly after we've just received a PR with firm expected dates for filings and merger.
