I am really impressed. You have the firepower to use 76 words (per MS Word) to deliver an insult. Most Euros would use only 2 words and the standard British English "Piss Off".

Your concern for my personal efforts "keeping hygiene" are greatly appreciated. I shower first thing every morning. When I go to the health club for some sweaty exercise, I always shower again after my work out.

Please suggest better practices for me to improve my hygiene.

Oh yes, I brush my teeth twice a day and floss daily.
