Medirect WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE ON THE PINK SHEETS

Medirect WILL NOT file reports and therefore will be able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars that are paid out in feees being a reporting company.

Medirect will issue press releases when it deems it necessary to get out either positive or negative news to its investor public. It will also issue press releases when any important news needs to reach the public.

This company is taking any and all ways it can find to try to reach a profitable status.

Medirect Latino will rapidly become a "LEAN & TRIM" company.

Management is taking a very serious approach to bring this company to a profitable status as quickly as possible.
