I too have learned that pennies is not about the long haul but about the trading on news. Unfortunatly I suck at this and have been holding more than 1 million shares of pbls for over a year now without selling once. I get hooked into their PR's and keep saying to myself this is the one, meanwhile it goes down.

This will be my last foray in pennies, as I have made more now on AAPL, VMW, RIMM and so on.
