you may be right in the long run, but I doubt the investment community in the short term will realize that

in the back of my mind i was always wondering how strong the ketamine patent position would be with the "prior art" relating to the analgesic properties of low dose ketamine out there for so long..so this composition of matter patent, which all along JAV was counting on, is key (not that i doubted they would get it, but always nice to have in hand)
